The AI Product/Program Manager will be a key member of the AI Product and Imaging Innovation team, reporting to its Sr Director. This new role is instrumental in the delivery of cutting-edge AI systems that leverage data created by Danaher devices to extract meaningful insights and dramatically improve user experience, with the goal of upleveling Danaher's devices across Life Sciences, Diagnostics and Biotechnology sectors. This position is remote in Europe or Eastern US. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain project plans, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the initiative lead, stakeholders and in accordance with DBS frameworks. • Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, and other team members and monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Support the gathering of user needs, product requirements, technical specifications and help set robust KPIs/success metrics. Directly contribute to managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch to ensure adherence to the KPIs and prioritization criteria and ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. • Prepare and communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree and/or MBA preferred. • 10+ years of Product/Program Management experience in Digital/Data Analytics/AI strategy within the healthcare, life sciences, or industrial sectors with proven track record in implementation, and scaling with positive commercial outcomes. • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. • Comfort in an agile, high speed and cross functional work environment with a high degree of ambiguity and ability to balance short term business constraints with long term DHR AI vision and roadmap. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Play a critical part in building and scaling AI capabilities across Danaher to generate meaningful and sustaining business impact. • Continuously engage in stakeholder management, foresee and react to changing business needs, and proactively identify alignment gaps between technical/scientific goals and business strategy/objectives. • Improve and maintain knowledge of cutting-edge AI technologies in this rapidly evolving field. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Familiarity with Danaher's business model and commercial activities. • Proficiency in applying DBS tools related to strategy, planning, alignment, decision making, and tracking is preferred. The annual salary range for this role is $150K-$170K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
