Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field. Proficiency in multitasking, navigating digital tools, and resolving complex issues. Empathy and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs effectively. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
