Associate Attorney - Business Law

Specifically, we are looking for attorney candidate(s) who are well-versed in corporate formations, general business advice, transactions, etc. The ideal attorney(s) will have: 4+ years of experience as a business attorney, may include new business entity creation and formation, business contracts, collections, M&A An ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent matters and activities; Desire to learn and continuously improve skills and abilities; Willingness to take on tough assignments and be resourceful; Attentiveness to detail, be thorough in work activities, yet process information quickly; Licensed in Oregon, but licenses in Washington and/or California is a plus.
