Logos is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and well-rounded project manager to help coordinate marketing initiatives from beginning to end. This role will ensure critical marketing projects are delivered with excellence and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and knows how to inspire and influence others to ensure work is completed on time. To succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented, excel in organizing and managing workflows, and exhibit adaptability as you will be working with a variety of personalities at varying levels of the organization. * Note: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Responsibilities: Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to ensure marketing initiatives fulfil their requirements and are executed on time. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and proactive communication between teams, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout project execution. Resource & Capacity Planning: Help balance team workloads, manage deadlines, and anticipate bottlenecks to keep projects on track. Project Tracking & Reporting: Use a combination of internal tools such as JIRA, to track progress, increase efficiency, identify risks, and report on key milestones. Problem-solving: Address roadblocks quickly and adjust project plans as needed to maintain momentum. The Ideal Candidate is: Experienced. You have 3+ years of project management/coordination expertise that includes working cross-functionally in a professional setting. Fast. We move quickly. Very quickly. You’ll need to be able to keep up. The team will be counting on you to deliver on time. Meticulous. You operate with exceptional attention to detail ensuring that every task is executed with excelence. Ambitious. You have the grit to overcome roadblocks, are a self-starter, and have the determination to achieve the next goal. Collaborative. You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You are adept in working within a cross-functional team and are able to effectively communicate and champion ideas and feedback across all levels of the organization. Creative. You love thinking outside the box, and constantly ask “what if?” and “how about?”. A team player. You are an excellent utility player, able to provide backup support for other folks across the Marketing team. Requirements: Experience in project management—preferably in Marketing Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks on similar timelines Strong written and oral communication skills Well organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with strong problem solving skills Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Business Apps Experience with tools such as JIRA, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred Familiarity with the Christian market preferred, but not required Benefits Competitive family medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 3 company-paid holidays per year in addition to regular holidays 4 days of paid time off (PTO) per year Paid time off (PTO) on your birthday Law benefits (15-day Christmas bonus, vacation days established by law, 25% vacation bonus) Awards and recognition program
