Position Summary We are seeking a proven, charismatic, and driven Sales Executive to join our growth team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business revenue, with a focus on selling retainer-based digital marketing and growth services. The ideal candidate not only has a strong track record of closing deals in the B2B tech space but also brings a magnetic personality, initiative, and resourcefulness. We are looking for someone who thrives in remote work, takes ownership, and approaches challenges with creativity and persistence. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed sales targets. • Prospect and build a qualified pipeline of B2B technology companies. • Lead consultative discovery conversations that uncover client challenges. • Articulate the long-term value of retainer-based engagements. • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to executives. • Navigate complex sales cycles from outreach to close. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. • Track all sales activity in HubSpot (experience with HubSpot Sales Hub is a plus). Qualifications • Currently working or last role in B2B Sales • 5+ years of sales experience in a marketing agency or related professional services firm. • Demonstrated success selling retainer-based contracts. • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content, social, and demand generation. • Energetic, engaging presence — able to build rapport quickly. • Creative problem-solver who adapts when faced with obstacles. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, accountable, and thrives in a remote work setting. • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.
