The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing employee benefits and creating a positive work environment for our clients.We are seeking a professional who has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least three years of experience in a human resources, payroll, or benefits role. A working knowledge of benefits administration, including health and welfare, retirement, and employee communication services, is also essential.The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ensure benefits programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Analyze employee benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. Create and maintain records of employee benefits information. Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs. Prepare reports and presentations for management on employee benefits programs. Respond to inquiries from employees regarding benefits programs and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned.
