About Us: Secure Cardio is a nationwide healthcare technology company specializing in cardiac monitoring and patient-centered care. We provide advanced mobile cardiac telemetry (MCT) services and support patients with heart monitor management and follow-up. We have immediate on-call work available, short conversation for basic instructions and get paid! We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant to start as a remote, on-call team member. The role will focus on answering patient questions and translating heart monitor instructions. Over time, the position will transition to on-site part-time, assisting with cardiac monitor application, management, and patient education. Remote / On-call Phase: • Respond to patient questions about heart monitor instructions via phone, text, or email • Translate communications for Spanish-speaking patients to ensure understanding • Document interactions accurately in the EHR system On-site / Part-time Phase: • Apply and manage cardiac monitors for patients • Educate patients on proper use and follow-up procedures • Support physicians and clinical staff with monitoring workflows • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment • Document patient interactions and monitor data in EHR Requirements: • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) • High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA/RMA) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable with technology and following remote workflows • Previous experience in patient care or medical office preferred • Ability to transition to on-site work after remote training Benefits: • Flexible remote schedule during on-call phase • Part-time on-site work with flexible hours • Paid training and professional development • Opportunity to grow into a clinical role with hands-on patient care Equal Opportunity Employer: Secure Cardio LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
