The Candidate We are seeking a Business Immigration Attorney with 3–5 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in business immigration matters and the ability to develop and bring in clients. This role will involve advising corporate clients, preparing petitions and applications, and managing cases with support from paralegals and administrative staff. We are looking for an attorney to help bring business immigration back to the practice.
