Capital & Investor Development Consultant
Creative Community Project I am seeking an experienced consultant to help secure capital and investors for a large-scale creative community project. I currently operate a successful art business and am expanding into the purchase or long-term lease of a very large building to create a multidisciplinary hub for artists and musicians in an underserved area. The project will include: • Private studio rentals • Recording studio with self-service equipment • Community workshops (ceramics, woodworking, etc.) • Community kitchen • Lounge and performance space for live music • Potential bar and coffee shop • Art gallery and artisan retail shop This role requires end-to-end involvement, including: • Developing a clear capital and funding strategy • Identifying and sourcing investors, grants, nonprofit partnerships, and alternative funding options • Creating or refining pitch materials and financial narratives • Advising on structure (for-profit, nonprofit, hybrid, or partnership models) • Guiding the process from concept to secured funding (“plan to money in hand”) Ideal candidates have experience with investor relations, capital raising, real estate–backed projects, creative or community-based ventures, or nonprofit funding ecosystems.
