We have streamlined our operation so you can focus on what you were licensed to do: high-quality valuation. We provide a robust back-office support system that offloads the entire burden of business operations from your shoulders. You do the professional work; we handle the noise. What You Will NEVER Have to Do Again: • Administrative Heavy Lifting: We handle all client communication and scheduling. • Manual File Setup: We perform the initial file build in TOTAL (subject data and public records) so your report is ready for analysis immediately. • Data Entry Fatigue: We provide Spark and Synapse to automate your comp grid and market analysis. • Accounts Receivable: You never have to chase a payment or manage billing again. • Software & Hardware Headaches: We provide TOTAL by a la mode via our secure remote server. You work remotely on our server from your home office; you can even use your Mac. • E&O Costs: We provide your Errors & Omissions coverage. Your Only Focus: • Field Inspections: High-quality site visits in your portion of our territory (Seattle to the Canadian border, excluding the San Juans). • Analysis: Using our provided tools to develop adjustments and analyze market trends. • Reporting: Delivering a polished product that meets our "Right the First Time" expectation and passes our principal oversight review. Requirements: • Licensure: Active WA State Certified or Licensed Residential Appraiser (or seasoned Trainee). • Tech-Savvy: Enthusiastic about a paperless environment and utilizing mobile tools. • Reliability: Reliable vehicle for field inspections and high-speed internet for your home office. • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the North Sound market. Compensation & Lifestyle: We offer a competitive fee split that represents true net income. We cover the E&O, provide the premium data tools (Spark/Synapse), Alamode software, and handle the admin.
