Provide technical expertise and support for telecommunications projects at Compassion in World Farming (CiWF). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain telecommunications solutions that align with CiWF's mission and goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for all telecommunications inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including emerging technologies and trends. Act as a consultant to CiWF, offering insights and recommendations on how technology can be used to further their mission. Conduct thorough assessments of CiWF's current telecommunications systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement. Create and deliver technical training and documentation to CiWF staff to ensure efficient and effective use of telecommunications systems. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring CiWF's telecommunications systems adhere to all necessary requirements. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement the best telecommunications solutions for CiWF. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of telecommunications systems, identifying and addressing any issues or inefficiencies. Assist with budget planning and management for telecommunications projects and initiatives.
