This role requires a proven track record in managing complex, multi-channel programs for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, with a special emphasis on video production, digital distribution, banner campaigns, augmented reality programs, and other innovative tactics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats and MLR review processes, combined with exceptional attention to detail, deep knowledge of the pharma industry, and familiarity with agencies of record. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical and agency clients, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Lead end-to-end project management across a variety of tactics including video production, digital media, banners, augmented reality, and interactive HCP engagement tools. • Manage MLR submission and review cycles within Veeva PromoMats, ensuring compliance with client and industry standards. • Collaborate closely with creative, production, distribution, and analytics teams to deliver impactful programs. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value and expand scope. • Track and report on project performance, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability. • Stay current on industry trends, agency workflows, and evolving compliance requirements. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or program management within pharmaceutical marketing, medical communications, or an agency setting. • Strong knowledge of pharma industry standards, MLR processes, and agencies of record. • Direct experience with Veeva PromoMats or other regulatory submission platforms. • Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns (video, banner, digital, AR, etc.). • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—able to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage both clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
