The Role: Asset Value Consultant This is an "80% Hunter" role focused on leveraging relationships with key industry decision-makers. You will bridge the gap between commercial real estate assets and energy engineering. Key Responsibilities: • Leverage Your Network: Utilize your existing contacts in commercial real estate (landlords, property managers, REITs) to identify opportunities for solar integration. • The "Trojan Horse" Strategy: Revisit "dead leads" or clients who aren't currently buying/selling property and offer them a value-add solution that requires no capital. • Financial & Technical Consultation: Conduct initial site assessments and work with our project managers to present winning proposals that outline financial benefits (NOI impact) rather than just technical specs. • Territory Ownership: While supported nationally, you will aggressively drive growth within your specific region. • Stakeholder Navigation: Manage complex deals involving diverse contacts, from building owners to facility managers. The Opportunity: Monetize Your Book of Business Most brokers have clients with massive industrial rooftops and commercial assets that are sitting idle. Sunlarus offers a way to monetize those relationships without asking your clients to buy or sell a single building. We are looking for a commercial real estate professional who wants to transition into the high-growth energy sector. This is not a standard "sales rep" role; it is a strategic consulting position where you will help landlords increase their Net Operating Income (NOI) and property valuation through our unique solar rental model.
