Content and Community Manager

We are looking for a creative and highly engaged Content & Community Manager to grow and nurture our brand’s digital presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, deepens community engagement, and converts followers into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities • Develop storytelling that communicates brand mission and benefits in a fresh, engaging, and relatable way across social media platforms • Create compelling content (video, photo, copy) that highlights product usage, recipes, brand values, and lifestyle moments. • Serve as the voice of the brand across social platforms, responding to comments, questions, reviews, and DMs in a timely, on-brand, high-touch manner • Build relationships with super-fans, customers, creators, and brand advocates to foster loyalty and repeat engagement • Track social metrics across engagement, reach, follower growth, content performance, audience sentiment, and conversions • Support the Founder’s online presence on LinkedIn, ensuring messaging aligns with brand storytelling • Provide weekly/monthly learnings to collaborate with internal team on future creative on social outlets • Stay on top of trends in food, lifestyle, and pop culture and rapidly apply learnings to the brand’s content strategy Requirements/Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in marketing and social media • Experience managing social platforms and community engagement • Strong writing skills with a natural ability to tell compelling brand stories • Basic design/content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar tools a plus) • A strong creative eye, with the ability to film and edit content independently • Deep familiarity with social platforms, trends, algorithms, and analytics tools • Based in NYC and willing to work in-person in Brooklyn co-working space 3x/week • Passion for food and/or culinary experiences, a major plus What to Expect • A one-team-one-dream, balanced “work hard, live well” culture • Competitive salary, equity options, health benefits, unlimited time-off, team retreats & events Apply tot his job
