Your mission: refine AI-generated content into polished, persuasive, SEO-friendly website copy that truly connects with audiences. You’ll bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to every word—making sure businesses sound their best online. What will thrive here? For each small business, you’ll get: Website structure or theme, Core business info and brand guidelines, Drafted content (largely AI-generated) and clear instructions, Keyword lists for SEO optimization, Ongoing feedback and mentorship to elevate your skills. What will you actually do? You’ll: Use AI tools to generate, refine, and proofread website content—enhancing clarity, accuracy, and impact. Edit and polish content to be publication-ready—free of errors and aligned with the client’s tone and brand. Tailor writing style to suit different industries and audiences, using both U.S. and U.K. English as needed. Follow provided briefs, project notes, and client preferences with high accuracy. Weave in keywords naturally to support SEO without compromising readability. Handle multiple websites at a time while meeting tight turnaround times. Take feedback seriously and use it to improve each day. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve processes. What skills do you need? You’ll shine if you can: Write and edit high-quality website copy in fluent English, Adapt tone and voice for various industries and clients, Follow the AP Style Guide and understand language nuances, Work well with AI-generated content—refining, not rewriting from scratch, Stay organized across several assignments and shifting priorities, Think critically and ask the right questions before delivering, Use SEO best practices without keyword stuffing.
