As a Content Writer, you will create and design virtual learning resources, collaborating with various teams to ensure that complex legal information is presented in an engaging and understandable manner. Responsibilities Absorbing complex legal text and information and writing about it in an original, logical, clear, engaging, and professional manner Coordinating with subject matter experts to transform dry material into something evergreen, memorable, and useful Accounting for visual ways to present information, using online tools and Adobe Creative Suite Writing and creating materials that will motivate doing the right thing and behavior change Strong ability to work collaboratively as a member of a high-functioning team to produce electronic resources on regulations and other compliance topics Ability to think critically and work independently Meeting quarterly and monthly deadlines Skills 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and visual concepting A proven track record delivering high-quality, typo-free, communications Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and a high degree of comfort learning to upload and distribute content in multiple document management systems Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite or other design products Demonstrated ability to make resources that are accurate, clear, concise, and interesting Familiarity with EHS, Advertising, Sales & Finance, or HR compliance Benefits Medical Dental Vision Flexible Spending Accounts PTO Paid and Floating Holidays 401k with Company match and immediate vesting Company-funded Life Insurance Employee Assistance Programs No-cost Mental Health Benefits Company Overview KPA provides Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), HR Management, and Finance & Insurance compliance software and services to companies.
