Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Scholarship Administration: • Manage and monitor scholarship application portals and communications. • Maintain accurate applicant and Scholar profiles in RENXT and Submittable. • Collaborate on promotional strategies and stakeholder communications. • Support onboarding and agreement processes for newly selected Scholars. Enrichment Program Support: • Assist in planning and executing enrichment initiatives like Coke Scholar Pro events, Coaching Programs, and Leadership Development Institute (LDI). Engagement Program Support: • Support alumni engagement programs including SWALS, Slices for Scholars, Grad Cords, and Educator of Distinction. • Serve as Secretary of the Alumni Board-managing meeting logistics, documentation, and governance materials.
