As a Crew Hotel & Travel Coordinator you'll also enjoy: + On-the-job training program (no prior experience needed!) + 3 consecutive days off each week (and shift trading options available) + Great team atmosphere + Rewarding work + Numerous growth opportunities within the company SkyWest employees enjoy a distinctive and unmatched culture of teamwork, respect, quality and professionalism, along with world-class benefits such as: + 401(k) match + Performance Rewards and Profit Sharing + Health care (medical, dental, and vision) + Discounted and standby travel privileges worldwide for you and your family with all four of our major partners (Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines) • *Primary Job Duties** + Coordinate and secure hotel reservations for crewmembers + Book and monitor all pilot and flight attendant deadhead flights to secure travel. + Liaison with Hotel booking company + Research and reschedule flights as necessary + Make changes and updates required to resolve displaced crewmember schedules. + Weekly and monthly auditing + Receive & respond to calls/chats with crewmembers requiring update accommodations. + Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor. • *Minimum Requirements** + Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams + Must demonstrate detailed record keeping techniques. + Flexible, with strong detail skills and capability of assuming responsibility. + Ability to work under tight time constraints. + Must be able to effectively communicate verbally, electronically, and in person with crewmembers, management and others. + Ability to adapt to change quickly and positively. + Ability to work with others as part of a team and work under stressful conditions. + People oriented, highly motivated, with a positive and cooperative attitude. + Demonstrates stable work history with reliable attendance + Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • *Physical and Other Requirements** + This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available) + Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting) + Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone. + Must not have received a regret for the same position in the last 90 days.
