About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist, Part-Time (Remote) We're seeking empathetic and positive Part-Time Customer Experience Specialists to join our team and connect with our customers on a personal level. As the voice of blithequark, you'll be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and making personalized product recommendations across various channels, including live chat, phone, email, and social media. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience and driving our continued success. Key Responsibilities: Act as the voice of blithequark, delivering exceptional customer service on live chat, phones, email, and social media Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and respect, offering creative solutions to meet their needs Share customer feedback and insights with the team to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience Take ownership of the experience you deliver, ensuring every interaction is personalized and memorable Contribute to a positive and energetic team culture, collaborating with colleagues to drive success Requirements: Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak periods Flexibility to work an e-commerce schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays The Ideal Candidate: A successful candidate will possess a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
