Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and any inquiries they may have regarding their travel plans. Ticketing and Reservations: Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations using our reservation systems. Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Baggage Handling: Assist with baggage check-in and retrieval... ensuring that all luggage is handled safely and efficiently. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with airline regulations and procedures. Proficient in using computers and various software applications. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual skills are a plus.
