With a focus on diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that's both challenging and rewarding. **The Role** As a Customer Success Team Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of Implementation Associates who support our New Vertical SMB merchants. Your primary focus will be on guiding the full merchant journey, from late-stage sales through onboarding, go-live, and post-launch.
