Job Description The Data Analytics and Insights Lead will be responsible for executing advanced analytics to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise who can bridge the gap between data and business needs. Key Responsibility Advanced Analytics & Insights Analyze large and complex data sets to identify, interpret, and communicate trends, patterns, and opportunities. Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support business strategies. Design, build, and implement well-governed, structured reporting and dashboard capabilities. Business Problem Solving Partner with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business problems and define the key questions to be answered using data. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that deliver measurable impact. Communication & Influence Effectively communicate technical analyses, insights, and recommendations to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned business unit, advising on data-driven decision-making. Collaboration & Governance Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with governance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Developer, and Python or R. Proven experience in analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions. Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical techniques. Expertise in dashboard development and data visualization best practices. Experience 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
