November 9, 2025 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrative Assistant to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The primary focus of this role is to accurately input, manage, and maintain critical company data across various platforms. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proficient with office software, and can reliably manage workflow in an unsupervised, remote environment. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our company records. Key Responsibilities Accurately inputting large volumes of data from source documents into computer systems (databases, spreadsheets, and specific software). Verifying data for errors, inconsistencies, or redundancies, and correcting information as needed to ensure data integrity. Preparing, sorting, and scanning documents for data entry. Organizing and maintaining digital files, folders, and records according to established naming conventions and internal procedures. Assisting with light administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing virtual correspondence, and compiling basic reports as requested by management. Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive company and client information. Communicating effectively with team members regarding project status and potential data issues. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Demonstrated high-speed typing and 10-key proficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs). Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work productively in a remote setting with minimal supervision. Technical Requirements (Must Have) Reliable high-speed internet connection. A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions. Personal computer with a webcam and microphone capable of running required software. Schedule Notes: This is a part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is possible, but core availability during standard business hours (e.g., 10 AM - 3 PM EST) may be required for team meetings and urgent tasks.
