Digital Forensics Attorney

The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice on cases involving digital forensics and cyber fraud. Daily tasks include conducting in-depth legal research, crafting and executing strategies for digital evidence, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in legal disputes. Collaboration with cybersecurity professionals and participation in negotiation processes are also key aspects of the role. Qualifications • Proficiency in Law, with a focus on Labor and Employment Law • Strong ability to provide sound Legal Advice and conduct thorough research • Expertise in Negotiation and collaboration with various stakeholders • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment • Familiarity with digital forensics and cybersecurity principles is a plus • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership • Proven experience in technology-related legal cases is desirable Apply tot his job
