Digital Marketing Manager – Full-Stack Growth & Acquisition (~15 hrs/week, Remote)

We’re a remote-first, mission-driven company working at the intersection of science, technology, and real-world impact. As we grow, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own and execute our end-to-end digital marketing efforts — from strategy to hands-on implementation. This is a full-stack digital marketing role for someone who is equally comfortable with strategy and execution: social media, paid advertising, media buying, copywriting, funnels, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, data-driven, and excited to build and scale meaningful digital presence and growth engines. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and growth goals. Own and manage paid acquisition across channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including media buying and optimization. Create and manage social media content and campaigns across relevant platforms. Write and optimize copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and website content. Design and test funnels, lead magnets, and conversion flows. Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement, conversions) and iterate based on data. Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to align messaging and positioning. Build and maintain a clear content and campaign calendar. Continuously experiment with new channels, formats, and growth ideas. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or Full-Stack Marketer. Hands-on expertise with paid ads & media buying (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong copywriting skills for performance and brand storytelling. Experience managing social media strategy and execution. Solid understanding of funnels, CRO, and analytics. Ability to work both strategically and operationally. Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment. Proactive, structured, and outcome-driven mindset. What We Offer ~15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
