EHR Helpdesk Analyst – 1st Shift Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote) Employment Type: Contract Interview: Video Only Travel: None Job Summary: The EHR Helpdesk Analyst provides frontline technical support for the Epic EHR system and related healthcare applications. This role supports clinical and administrative users across multiple behavioral health facilities, ensuring timely issue resolution, system reliability, and high user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Level 1/2 support for Epic EHR applications, access, workflows, and printing issues • Serve as first point of contact for Epic and healthcare IT support requests • Troubleshoot application, account, and workflow issues • Perform remote desktop support for computers, printers, and mobile devices • Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow within SLA guidelines • Support Epic user provisioning, role changes, and security access • Assist with go-live support, upgrades, and system maintenance events • Deliver basic user training and maintain documentation • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and IT security policies Required Skills: • Epic EHR support experience • Healthcare IT or Helpdesk background • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Apply tot his job
