The Opportunity We’re seeking a high-energy Account Executive who can own the full sales cycle and flex into Sales / Customer Development Representative (SDR / CSR) duties when needed. If you love prospecting, closing, and nurturing customer relationships, this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Drive New Revenue – Own the entire sales process, from prospecting through close, for our cybersecurity platform and services. • Prospect & Qualify (SDR Function) – Research arenaflex accounts, run outbound email & social campaigns, and build a healthy opportunity pipeline. • Customer Success (CSR Function) – Onboard new customers, surface expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction. • Pipeline Management – Keep CRM data accurate, forecast reliably, and report progress weekly. • Collaboration & Feedback – Partner with Marketing to refine messaging and with Product to relay customer insights that shape our roadmap. Must-Have Requirements • Location – You reside in the United States (NY, NJ, PA, CT) with working hours that align to U.S. time EST zones (role is remote but requires in person meetings). • Work Authorization – Already authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. • Communication – Exceptional written and verbal English skills. • Experience – 1–2 years in a sales or other customer-facing role. • Mindset & Skills – • Self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and finding creative paths to “yes.” • Strong organization—able to juggle multiple opportunities without dropping the ball. • Alignment with our core values: integrity, curiosity, accountability, and customer obsession.
