As an Amazon Account Strategist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of e-commerce and brand development. Key Responsibilities As an Amazon Account Strategist at VENDO, your primary objective will be to build and propel your book of business to maximize growth for our brand partners on Amazon. Your key responsibilities will include: Client relationship management: Facilitate meaningful dialog with C-Level stakeholders at VENDO about new revenue streams within the Amazon ecosystem Contribute to a mastermind group of sellers that have a passion for the Amazon marketplace Actively engage with our cross-functional teams, leading the business from a strategy perspective, while partnering with departments within VENDO: Marketing, Advertising, Copy & Creative, Inventory/Operations, etc. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for our brand partners on Amazon, leveraging your expertise in Amazon programs, marketing, and business development Define key KPIs for success within your targeted industry and track progress towards these goals Implement paid and organic Amazon search results strategies to drive sales and revenue growth Assure accuracy of product listings during launch and optimization exercises, and submit product certifications when needed from Amazon Track product rankings using software tools and resolve instances of missing or inaccurate data Liaise between clients and internal VENDO departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Advanced Vendor Central experience, with a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and business offerings Advanced Seller Central experience, with expertise in managing and optimizing product listings, inventory, and sales Pivot and vlookup Excel skillsets, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and project management skills Forecasting capabilities to meet revenue expectations, with experience in data analysis and critical thinking Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications: A solid background in high-growth companies, preferably in consumer retail, with experience in driving sales and revenue growth A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach, who is passionate about growing brands on Amazon and delivering winning solutions to clients Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling, with the ability to define key KPIs for success and track progress towards these goals Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to perform lookup functions, pivot tables, and other basic formulas Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Infectious energy for success, paired with a strong ability to execute and drive results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a mastermind group of sellers Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At VENDO, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
