Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to and resolving general customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat functions * Documenting all interactions to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution * Educating callers on eligibility, benefits claims payments, and authorizations * Assisting callers with locating network dentists or assignment to primary care dentists * Delivering exceptional customer service support that exceeds our members' expectations **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **Bilingual in Spanish**: You must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our members. * **Call Center Experience**: You'll need a minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of call center experience or customer service/support experience to succeed in this role. * **Technical Skills**: You'll need to be proficient in operating a computer and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * **Excellent Communication Skills**: You'll need to possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our members and provide top-notch service. * **Adaptability**: You'll need to be able to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment. **Schedule** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to work the following schedule: * **Monday through Friday**: 9:00am - 6:00pm, PST, with one hour lunch break * **Open Enrollment**: During open enrollment, from November 1st-January 1st, you'll be required to work one Saturday per month (lower call volume) * **Start Date**: ASAP, with training provided to ensure your success **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll receive the following compensation and benefits: * **Pay Rate**: $18.50/hour * **Ongoing Support**: You'll receive ongoing support from an outstanding team to ensure your success * **Career Growth Opportunities**: arenaflex offers a range of career growth opportunities to help you advance your career * **Learning Benefits**: You'll have access to a range of learning benefits to help you develop new skills and knowledge **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
