As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch support to NYC residents, navigating through various city-oriented issues, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner. This is a full-time position with full health and wellness benefits, paid training, time off, and other employer perks. **Responsibilities:** • Address incoming inquiries from NYC residents related to city-oriented issues, providing accurate information in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. • Maintain a professional demeanor with all customers, creating work orders, dispatching work to specific departments, responding to routine questions, and taking and reporting complaints from the customer. • Direct requests to the appropriate department or agency for further action, building upon knowledge through product training, interactions with support staff, and quality that will enhance daily performance and call handling. • Utilize strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with support staff to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude. **Requirements:** • A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (working directly with customers solving problems); Associate degree, a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. • Must be able to work onsite only at our Brooklyn, NY location. • Bilingual in Spanish with a strong command of the English Language, with the ability to assist customers both in English and Spanish (training will be in English). • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to professionalism and a positive customer service experience. • High level of computer proficiency and strong communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment dealing with all types of customers and personalities. • Willingness to work evenings or overnight shifts with weekend schedule availability. **Benefits & Perks:** • Competitive hourly rate of $17 per hour – Training Wage • Competitive hourly rate of $18-19 per hour – After Training Wage (based on shift selection) + earn weekly attendance/performance bonuses • Full health and wellness benefits Day 1 of employment • Paid time off • 401(k) retirement plan + company paid life insurance **About blithequark:** blithequark partners with top companies around the world to deliver customer care services through its global network of contact centers.
