About the Role This contract-based position is designed for a talented bolthires Apps Script Developer who can seamlessly integrate and automate bolthires Sheets, bolthires Docs, and Gmail. As a 1099 contractor, you'll be working on a pivotal project that will enhance our internal operations and workflow. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our automation initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine bolthires Apps Scripts to extract data from bolthires Sheets, populate bolthires Docs templates, and convert documents to PDF formats. Implement seamless Gmail integration to dispatch PDFs within template emails. Design and implement scheduling functionality for automated PDF and email delivery. Create a comprehensive video tutorial on how to use the automation project. Collaborate with our team through regular checkpoints, providing updates, and addressing any questions or concerns. Participate in pilot testing, gather feedback, and iteratively refine the automation project to ensure perfection. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: bolthires Apps Script Expertise : A robust command over bolthires Apps Script (GAS), especially integrating with Sheets, Docs, and Gmail. API Proficiency : Adeptness with bolthires APIs, including handling limits and error contingencies. Problem-Solving Acumen : A robust problem-solving mindset to navigate unexpected challenges. Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively, provide regular updates, and address questions or concerns. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience with similar automation projects, especially those involving bolthires Apps Script.
