Plus, contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. **Schedule** We offer flexible schedule opportunities, allowing you to create your own schedule. Available hours are between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. **Skills Needed** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software**: You'll be working with customers to troubleshoot issues and provide support for accounting software processes. * **Bookkeeping/accounting expertise**: You'll need to have a solid understanding of accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more. * **Customer service experience**: You'll be providing high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment. * **Comfort with cross-selling relevant products**: You'll have the opportunity to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to customers while addressing their concerns. * **Strong ownership of customer issues**: You'll take control of customer issues and provide confident resolution. * **Tech savvy and avid computer user**: You'll need to be comfortable using technology and have a strong understanding of computer systems. * **Friendly tone and professional demeanor**: You'll be communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner. **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure a successful and productive work environment, you'll need: * **Quiet, uninterrupted space**: You'll need a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions. * **Organized desk area**: You'll need to maintain a tidy and organized workspace. **Technology Requirements** To perform your duties, you'll need: * **Personal computer (no tablet)**: You'll need a dedicated computer for work purposes. * **Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed**: You'll need a reliable internet connection to access arenaflex's systems. * **Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)**: You'll need a wired internet connection to ensure a stable and secure connection. * **Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system**: You'll need to use a Windows operating system to access arenaflex's systems. * **Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date**: You'll need to have antivirus software installed and running to protect your computer and arenaflex's systems. * **Wired USB headset with microphone**: You'll need a wired headset to communicate with customers. * **Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility**: If you're a Mac user, you'll need to have a Mac with an Intel processor and Windows 11 installed via Boot Camp. **Important Information** To participate in this program, you must: * **Live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA**: We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. * **Successfully pass a criminal background check**: You'll need to undergo a background check to ensure you're eligible to work with arenaflex. **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind. **Job Type** This is a contract position. **Pay** You'll earn between $15.30 and $20.40 per hour. **Schedule** Available hours are between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. **Work Location** This is a remote position.
