Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering telephones and responding to customer questions and/or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel * Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiating required confirmations without direct supervision * Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner * Processing calls timely, accurately, and with quality to ensure service levels are met or exceeded * Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients in reference to customer service issues * Ensuring inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria * Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions * Staying abreast of industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain state-of-the-art Contact Center **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management * Ability to follow oral and written directions **What You Can Expect in This Role** As an Experienced Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US, you can expect: * A competitive salary range of $29,100 - $41,600 per year, with base pay varying depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience * A remote work environment with the flexibility to work from home * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) employer match, and educational assistance * Opportunities for career growth and development through our leadership and technical development academies * A generous, flexible vacation policy * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and inclusion **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we believe that our people are our greatest asset.
