As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a collaborative and dynamic team environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Chat Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate * Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Email, chat, and phone customer service experience * Strong technology skills, including proficiency in CRM software and online chat platforms * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being a team player * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Proficiency in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being a team player * Strong technology skills, including proficiency in CRM software and online chat platforms * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
