Assist with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals to prevent lapses in coverage and maintain client satisfaction. Manage and maintain accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise and ensuring transparency in all financial transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for commercial clients, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, as well as strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures.
