**Experienced Customer Care Representative – Retail Technology Support**

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team in our beautiful Miami office near Edgewater. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a critical role in providing technical assistance, resolving product and service issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live remote support chat sessions, and email interactions * Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the root cause, and selecting the best solution to resolve the issue * Maximizing phone availability to minimize hold times and ensure a seamless customer experience * Assisting customers with empathy, patience, and composure under pressure * Logging all relevant details regarding client interactions and services rendered using our ticketing system * Participating in special projects as assigned by management to drive business growth and improvement * Staying up-to-date on all products and services offered to clients to provide informed support * Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution * Answering queries initiated through our company website and routing requests through proper channels to generate sales * Working a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when necessary to meet business demands **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support * A+ Certification or equivalent technical certification * Ability to perform effectively under stress in a high call volume environment * Strong front-line interaction skills via live chat and telephones * Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve technical and non-technical issues * Ability to work in different shifts (40 hours a week) * Passion and perseverance for excellence in treating and caring for customers * Strong work ethic and attention to detail * Ability to type 40 wpm * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Business Unit:** Our Retail business unit is a key driver of growth and innovation at arenaflex.
