Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth in your local market. **Key Responsibilities** * Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, drive sales growth, and maintain a strong brand image (70% of the time) * Customer Excellence: Ensure all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness * Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures * Brand Standards: Maintain brand standards through store maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with blithequark's dress code and grooming standards **What You'll Bring** * Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Self-motivated business leader with outstanding management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer service tasks * Ability to develop strong relationships and work as a well-respected, trusted partner * Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move depending on the situation * Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where applicable * This role requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.
