With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we've built a loyal community of customers who trust and rely on our solutions. **Job Summary** As a Customer Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a customer marketing program that drives referenceable customers, published case studies, and engaged advocates throughout North and Latin America. You'll work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and measure the success of our customer marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute a customer marketing program that aligns with blithequark's business objectives and customer needs * Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies for customer advocacy and retention * Design and implement programs to increase referenceable customers, published case studies, and engaged advocates * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Success Managers, Sales Representatives, and Customer Advocates * Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of customer marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform customer marketing strategies * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers **Requirements** * 2-3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, advocacy, or post-sale engagement programs * Proven success working with Customer Success and Sales teams, ideally across multiple segments or regions * Hands-on experience with third-party review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights) and reference management tools * Strong understanding of customer marketing principles, including customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization * Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines **Benefits** * Competitive compensation, including stock-based options * Flexible PTO and paid holidays * 401(k) with employer matching * Comprehensive Health insurance package, including 100% employer-paid medical coverage * Up to 12 weeks of Parental Leave * Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paid * Quarterly team events and companywide celebrations * Open door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and innovation.
