About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Services organization. As a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers, guiding them towards successful outcomes, and troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time, remote-based opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and fax, with a focus on providing high-quality support and resolving issues promptly. Provide accurate and expert guidance to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records, using tools like Salesforce.com to capture and update contact information and other important details. Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and procedures, using this knowledge to address customer needs and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction. Embody blithequark's values and communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional, positive, and respectful manner. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of applicable customer service experience, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience. At least one year of experience in the life science, biotech, lab, or healthcare industry, providing customer support. Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with minimum 98% accuracy. Strong computer, internet, and software operation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and willingness to ask questions to get to the right solution. High degree of accountability and follow-through on assigned tasks and commitments. Coachability and aptitude to accept and apply constructive feedback in a professional manner. Flexibility regarding tasks and schedule, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in MacOS and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com customer relationship management (CRM) software. Experience with other software applications and collaboration tools, such as Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, Asana, and Slack. Track record of working efficiently and responsibly in a remote work environment. Experience in a customer service call center or a fast-paced, high-growth company. Compensation and Benefits The expected annual base pay scale for this position is $41K-$48K, with actual base pay considering skills, experience, and location.
