Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will: Provide inbound customer support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services Help customers resolve technical issues and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Assist in correcting billing concerns and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet, ensuring a seamless and positive experience Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction Essential and Preferred Qualifications Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
