Key Responsibilities Respond to all inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from applicants, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. Navigate a computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, demonstrating proficiency in using technology to enhance customer support.
