As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This project is focused on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and we're looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. **About the Role:** As a Seasonal Provider Services Representative, you'll work Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm PST. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Making outbound calls to Provider offices and answering inbound calls * Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing Customer data for outreach * Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment * Providing problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email) * Working on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally following set procedures.
