We're passionate about creating a user-centric experience that makes insurance accessible and understandable for everyone. **Job Brief** As a Customer Service Representative on our Ditto team, you'll be the face of our platform, interacting with users directly to understand their requirements and recommend policies or features that are best suited for them. You'll be hand-holding our users in their insurance buying journey, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring a seamless experience.
