As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, taking customer donations and processing them, receiving calls from people impacted by the wildfires and submitting aid applications, empathizing with callers and providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have. **Responsibilities** - Handle a high volume of inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. - Take customer donations and process them in a timely and efficient manner. - Receive calls from people impacted by the wildfires and submit aid applications on their behalf. - Empathize with callers and provide them with an exceptional customer service experience. - Data entry and accurately update caller profiles. - Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have. **Key Qualifications** - 2+ years of customer service experience – You know how to keep customers happy! - Top-notch communication skills – You can chat with anyone, anytime. - Tech-savvy – You’re comfortable with digital tools and platforms. - Typing wizard – You can keep up with the conversation and then some! **Essential Skills and Competencies** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in digital tools and platforms. - Strong typing skills and ability to meet productivity standards. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working in a remote capacity. - Experience working with customers impacted by disasters or crises. - Knowledge of aid application processes and procedures. - Bilingual or multilingual skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and career.
