Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes. Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations, with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide critical support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, to minimize the impact on our customers. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
