We're proud to offer a comprehensive range of health insurance products and services, and we're committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary customer interface for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls and providing expert guidance on our products and services. You'll be responsible for researching customer information, resolving customer issues, and proactively recommending items needed by customers to increase satisfaction and improve transaction profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Interfaces with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail * Researches customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues * Elevates sensitive customer requests when necessary * Complies with State and Federal regulations and mandates, which are continually changing, thus creating a very dynamic environment * Accountable to remain current on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommends items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability **Requirements** * High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or related field preferred) * Availability for training 12-14 weeks in length * Reliable internet service provider and dedicated, distraction-free workplace **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $39,520 annually, plus benefits package (Health Benefits effective 1st of the month following start date) * Full-time (40 hours per week) position with opportunities for career growth and advancement * 9-12 weeks of live virtual training: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday * Work schedule: After training, must be able to work any 8.5 hour shift between 7:30am-6:00pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday * Flexible work-from-home arrangement, with reliable internet service provider and dedicated, distraction-free workplace **Why Join arenaflex?** * We're committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we believe that a diverse workforce leads to a better workplace for our employees and a better product for our customers and members * We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * We're a dynamic and growing organization, with opportunities for career growth and advancement * We're passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
