You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while maintaining our company's reputation for high-quality service. This role requires independent and self-directed performance, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, and provide education * Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications * Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers * Proactively gain patient and order information, while maintaining a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements * Provide customer education and routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist * Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions, adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Must reside in the state of Nevada * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting * Knowledge of generic medications and therapy changes * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
