You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' experiences. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with questions and concerns about their pharmacy benefit plans. * Provide accurate and timely information to customers about their coverage, benefits, and options. * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards. * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies. **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience. * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. * High School Diploma or equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience. * Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life. * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence. * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills. * At least 6 months of healthcare experience. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
