Collaborate with other departments: Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Meet performance targets: Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. Document customer interactions: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communications, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience: Previous customer service experience in a retail or call center environment is preferred.
