**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Remote Sports Information Management**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Details and Data Gathering team, where you'll play a vital role in producing accurate and engaging sports information for our global audience. **Job Summary:** As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for ensuring the precision of sports information disseminated by arenaflex, working with automated data feeds and manual data entry to deliver exact, timely, and insightful sports information. You'll collaborate with our team to create and maintain a working knowledge of our role in fueling arenaflex's digital products and television creations. This is a part-time/full-time opportunity in our Details and Data Gathering team, where you'll have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure sports information disseminated by arenaflex is precise, timely, and insightful * Work in individual settings and in groups to convey accurate detailed breakdown, clock-and-score, and other measurements and information continuously to power arenaflex's digital products and television creations * Create and maintain a working knowledge of our role in fueling arenaflex's digital products and television creations * Check the results of one's own work and that of others; perform with a reliably high level of quality and attention to detail * Contribute to creation, tasks, and drives across the newsroom, and help newsroom leaders who are coordinating full-and part-time staff * Anticipate likely issues, both daily and long-term, and propose possible solutions * Communicate rapidly and clearly with partners on these issues * Play a proactive role in working with partners in creating or refining creation processes * Be a functioning member in team and division meetings * Seek and respond to feedback on personal performance * Remain informed about current office policies and procedures **Essential Capabilities:** * Working knowledge of teams, players, and the rules of various sports * Full-time availability, which will include evenings (solely), weekends, and holidays * Ability to rapidly learn creation processes that produce or maintain sports information that drives arenaflex's digital and television products * Capacity to achieve a high level of content precision in time-sensitive creation circumstances * Ability to communicate confidently – verbally and in writing – to creation managers and colleagues about creation issues and opportunities, often through the noise of a busy newsroom **Preferred Capabilities:** * 1+ years' experience working in sports or potentially analytics, ideally in media * Knowledge of how sports information is used in media and for research purposes * Working knowledge of arenaflex's products and creations * Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools * Experience leading or training a team * Ability to speak and write Spanish * Experience involving social media in a business or news environment **Preferred Education:** * Advanced education or equivalent **Additional Information:** * Position fills in for late shifts (solely), weekends, and holidays * arenaflex Remote Jobs (Data Entry) – Work From Home Job If you're passionate about sports, data, and storytelling, and you're looking for a dynamic and challenging role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
